    Bart has over 3 decades of significant and valuable experience in site safety and project management in several specialized areas of construction. Bart has a diverse background from general contracting to refinery site safety management and has been instrumental in introducing innovative solutions to safely solve tough project problems. Bart’s wide-ranging experience includes projects performed in Alberta, Canada, Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota, Ohio, and Montana.

  • Scott Kerzman

    CHIEF EXECUTIVE/FINANCIAL OFFICER

    Scott is a registered Professional Engineer with over 21 years of experience in the construction industry. As CEO, he is involved with all major decisions in the organization. His focus on seeking new business opportunities for our growing divisions has led to U.S. SiteWork’s expansion throughout the Midwestern region. Under his leadership, U.S. SiteWork has significantly broadened its scope of work while focusing on remote, difficult, and unique projects. Scott has experience in landfill cell construction and closures, commercial site development, streambank protection, bridge sitework construction, soil remediation, box culvert construction, and park development. Scott’s experience ranges throughout the Midwest to include Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, Montana, Texas, Louisiana, Ohio, Wyoming and Illinois.

    VICE PRESIDENT OF FIELD OPERATIONS

    Rory’s knowledge of the heavy civil industry has been gained through first-hand experience in the field. Rory oversees all essential field employees, as well as construction schedules, to ensure that all projects contracted with U.S. SiteWork are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality available in the industry. Rory has a sincere focus on conducting safe field operations and implements a team approach to safety for all crew members to be engaged in. Rory's vast and diverse construction experience has an emphasis on earthwork, grading and underground utilities.
